REMINDER: IF YOU HAVE VOTED IN THE SENIOR COMMUNITY CENTER IN THE PAST, YOU WILL VOTE AT THE BORDENTOWN ARMORY THIS YEAR:
Due to construction at the Senior Community Center, the polling location for voting districts 4, 5, and 8 has been moved to the Bordentown Armory (1048 Route 206 South Bordentown) for Election Day on Tuesday, November 5.
If you have voted in the Senior Community Center in the past, you will vote at the Bordentown Armory this year.
Voting District 4 or 5 contains the residents of Bossert Estates as well as all residents who live between Ward Avenue and Crosswicks Road.
Voting District 8 contains the residents of Clifton Mill, Williamsburg Village, North Colonial Drive, South Colonial Drive, Princeton Drive, Delaware Drive, South Valley Forge Road, and the east side of Yorktown Road.
Please check your sample ballots and call the Township at 609-298-2800 ext. 2108 with any questions.

TOMORROW: The final day of the year for brush pick up is tomorrow, Tuesday, October 29. Brush can always be dropped off by residents at the Municipal Service Complex (266 Crosswicks Road).
Leaf collection will begin on Monday, November 4 and will continue after Christmas. No need to call for pick up, the truck will run continuously on a schedule throughout the Township. Please do not place leaves near storm drains.

Bordentown Regional School District was recently awarded Preschool Expansion Aid from the NJ Department of Education – allowing The District to receive funds to expand the current Pre-K program in Bordentown.

Please be advised that the Township Committee passed Ordinance #2024-15 which lowered the speed limit on Groveville Road between US 130 and Klein Drive from 40 to 30 miles per hour. Please exercise caution and be on the lookout for pedestrians when traveling in this area.
The fall concert scheduled for 7 PM tonight in Joseph Lawrence Park has been rescheduled to Wednesday, September 25, 2024 due to inclement weather in todays forecast. The location and time for the concert remains the same.
Bordentown Township’s Committee recently recognized Dean Buhrer for his 34 years of dedicated service to our Township. Beginning his career as a laborer in the department, Dean eventually worked his way up to Director of Public Works. Please be advised that there is a water main break on Georgetown Rd underneath the Turnpike overpass. Water will be turned off in the surrounding area while repairs are being made which will affect Clifton Mills and the Georgetown Rd area.
Please note that the September 24, 2024 and the November 26, 2024 in-person meetings of the Bordentown Township Environmental Commission have been moved from the Senior Center to the Municipal court chambers located at 1 Municipal Drive. These meetings shall begin at 7:30 PM.
